I’m Zach Zotter, founder of Capital Talent Partners.  With over 20 years of experience in the Staffing industry, I take pride in the value we add to every organization, maintaining a strong sense of accountability, urgency, and commitment to every recruiting project we undertake.  Outside of work, I’m a proud husband to my wife Lauren, a math teacher, and a father to our two boys, Pierce and Peyton.  Lauren and I are both Texas Tech graduates, and we share a love for education, growth, and building lasting connections.  Recruiting isn’t just my career—it’s my passion, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help companies and candidates identify and reach common goals, providing services that truly fuel growth.
